All enquiries will be responded to usually within 48 Hours. However we are all volunteers and sometimes we may be unavailable for slightly longer periods.

To hold an event on the East Gippsland Rail Trail, please download the Event Application Form and send to the Committee of Management.

Applications must be made at least six (6) weeks prior to the event, allow 10 weeks if the event is over 1,500 people.

This form must be printed to be completed, and can be emailed to eastgippslandrailtrail@gmail.com or posted to PO Box 1283, Bairnsdale, Vic, 3875.
